Edwardian UPVC Conservatory Installation

From the design, construction and completion everything was completed in a professional manner.  All the men involved in the work were friendly, worked professionally and kept to schedule.  At the end of the day, they always made sure everything was cleaned down.

We found the whole process hassle free from start to finish.  We found Chris a breath of fresh air as he had an excellent knowledge of the products and resisted the all too common heavy sell approach. 

We found the fitters to be friendly and efficient and they made an excellent job of the fitting which is such an important element of the final outrun of the project.  The small amount of snagging was handles quickly so the follow up service was also good.  We are especially pleased with the conservatory and look forward to enjoying the use of it for years to come.

I would like to take the opportunity to you and everyone at lifestyle to say a massive thank you for the lovely service we received on the planning and work to our magnificent conservatory. 

Lifestyle was our first choice and we were so impressed by you (Chris) that we decided we didn’t want to go anywhere else!

We didn’t realize there were so many options available to create the perfect conservatory! I.e. the glass roof… window side panels leading to the French doors instead of the dwarf wall which everybody seems to have.  You have a real passion in your work which shows in you and your designs.

You created the most outstanding conservatory we could ever wish for.  May I also say how impressed we were with the workmen involved in this project! The builders worked like troopers even though the weather was shocking to begin with! At the end of the day they would clear up any mess and hose everywhere down.

Then onto the next stage installing the conservatory “wow” just two days it took them, I couldn’t believe it !!!. At each stage al the different sub-contractors involved where extremely professional and polite!  Were so delighted with the finished result and so pleased we had the glazed roof! Family and friends say its outstanding! And of course we totally agree. 

I would also like to congratulate you Chris on your approach to us when we first came to see you, by being friendly, just giving advice and showing us different options and at no stage at all were you pushy! We could clearly see that you are dedicated to your profession and to give the customers the best ever!

Well you certainly did that for us!!!

Thank you for the completion of our superb 5.1 * 4 meter Victorian Conservatory & soffits / fascias all finished in an amazing time scale of 3 weeks. 

The organisation was brilliant with a list of tradesmen who were arriving each day to do their part including bricklayers, installation team, plasterer, plumber, tiles and skip hire.  It all ran perfectly, there were no problems no moaning & no mess.  All the men were very polite and good sound tradesmen that made me feel at ease when I was at work.  It was a pleasure to have built and we highly

This note is to thank you for the supply and installation of the conservatory to our home. It may also serve as a recommendation to potential customers. The project was entirely successful and we are very satisfied with it and all aspects of the service you have given us.

As you know, we had quotations from three other companies but had no difficulty in placing our order with you for a number of reasons that included: your sensitive and imaginative response to our basic design specifications; your very detailed quotation with an appropriate balance of general and technical information; your prompt attention and ability to give an early and definite timetable for the installation. In addition, we believe that your products - the framing and glazing materials, the glass roof system we preferred, the window and door furniture and fixings - are superior to those of your competitors that we approached. Furthermore, your price was highly competitive and included what were 'extras' elsewhere such as Argon-filled glazing units, superior door locking systems and lowering the threshold to the existing access door to my studio.

The installation period enjoyed unbroken good weather and we were most impressed by your teams of craftsmen concerned with the groundwork, erection and glazing, plumbing and electrical work, plastering and finishing. All teams were uniformly friendly, informative, respectful of each others' contribution to the project, punctual and careful in all their work. They spoke well of you, your company, the other craftsmen and their work generally for
Lifestyle.  It was to their credit that they seemed to require no supervision and were clearly highly skilled in their various fields. The senior fitter of our team provided, on his own initiative, an elegant solution to what could otherwise have been an unsightly feature of the junction of the new guttering to the existing drainage outlet. They made every effort to leave the site tidy and presentable each day and at the conclusion of their work.

Apart from some restorative work to the patio surround - not included in our order from you - the project is now complete and the conservatory is floored, decorated and furnished. We are delighted with the result and gratified by visitors' compliments and admiration. It has been a pleasure to deal with your company, not least because of your personal involvement in, and oversight of, the design, pricing, project management and completion of the undertaking. You also supplied and fitted a new front door with which we are also delighted. We unreservedly recommend you to anyone seeking a similar installation. The attached photographs provide some indication of the ‘before and after' state, and some insight into the quality of the product and your company's work.
